Hi guys i need to know how to create a Alert profile example is greater or equal to Zero i need to create a alert profile to alerts the planners when forecast is frreater or equal to zero

Ganesh,

An alert will not be generated just based off an alert profile, for your scenario.

- You need to first create an Alert macro in the Macro workbench (transaction is /N/SAPAPO/ADVM) that generates if your conditions are satisfied i.e  if Forecast is greater than or equal to zero.

- Next you need to use this macro your Alert profile which you create in Alert Monitor (/N/SAPAPO/AMON1)

Will the user defined macro not suffice your requiement.

or You explicitly want the alert profile only??
