How to mass trigger SC Workflow

Hello Experts,

SAP SRM 7.01.

Application controlled workflow.

Due to some issue, sometimes WF in SCs are not getting triggered.

SC status is showing as "Awaiting Approval" but no work item is getting generated.

In this case, we are manually restarting the workflow in individual SC.

Is there any table / FM to get the SC for which WI are not triggered.

And then is there any transaction to mass restart the WF in the SC.

HI,

There is no transaction available to do mass triggering.

You will need to create a report for this.

if a work item is created for a shopping cart, it will be linked to shopping cart number in table SWW_WI2OBJ in SRM 7.01

So a check on this table can reveal if the work item si created or not.
