After EHP5 upgrade script is not printing properly.

Hi Gurus,

I have upgraded system from ERP 6.0 to EHP5, after that one sricpt is not printing properly.

Font ARIAL, ARIAL_B are missing in EHP5 but those are available in ECC 6.0.

so i decided to upload missing fonts manually with help of note 1132685, but no use still we have problem.

when i go into program which is used in ECC 6.0 system it is using A_TRAD and it is converting to ARIAL family but in new ehp5 system am not able to see A_TRAD with ARIAL family. instead of arial it is showing as COURIER, HELVE only.

please anyone help me to solve this issue?

I have already executed report but no use.

some information: converting font from A_TRAD to Arial_B is possible in old erp system but it is not available in new EHP5.

please check attached screen shots.

Hi Venkat,

Then it looks like that ARIAL font family was not installed properly after your upgrade. Please check the process againd and try to install it again.

Hi Venkat,

Have you tried generating Font for the printer where your SAPScript form is printing. You can test it through this whether your system is generating ARIAL font for that particular printer or not. It can narrow down the issue.
