Account Status Incorrect in PSS 5.3

I have setup PSS within CUP 5.3 SP19.2 and after registering a User Account for PSS when coming to add all system it states some systems the Account Exists and other systems it says No Account.

I've checked the connected systems and there are accounts there and also checked the connections and authorisations to make sure it's not failing on that.

I have checked the Debug Logs without much success so I am stumped as to what else to look for without raising a Customer Message.

Any thoughts on what else I could have missed

It is only happening on our Production box in Development it recognises that Account Exists in each connected system. The same ABAP connector is used so unsure where the issue is
