Digital signature process has not been completed yet

Hello,

I am carrying out a approval process for a document in DMS. When only one signature is being used for a status, the signature process complete successfully. But when more the one individual signatures being used, system gives a error like Digital signature process has not been completed yet

After pressing Enter two times system throws below message

Pl advise and suggest a solution.

Dear Atul,

but if you have defined a multiple user signature process in your system another user has to sign this document too. So the mentioned message is correct from my point of view. It seems that you have already signed the document info record but you needs some other colleagues to sign too for completing the signature process.

Thanks for ur reply.

What u said is correct, but the error came when 1st user is approving the DIR and also not allowing to the 2nd user to apply his signature.(not able to change the status)
