Upgrade SAP JVM4 to SAP JVM6

Dear Expert,

I just switch JVM 1.4.2 to SAP JVM 4 in SAP Netweaver 7.02.

Is it possible to upgrade SAP JVM 4 to SAP JVM 6 for this SAP System?

JVM 4 if for NW7 t0 7.02 systems

JVM 6 is from 7.3 onwards.

Which mean SAP JVM 6 doesn't support NW 7.02 ?

Just a small correction and additional information:

SAP JVM 4.x - NW 6.40, NW 7.0x

SAP JVM 5.x - PI/CE 7.1x

SAP JVM 6.x - PI/CE 7.2x and NW 7.3x

We are planning to do JVM update for Solman 7.1 system ,  system JDK version 1.4 , shall we go for JVM 4.1 or JVM 5.1??

SAP JVM 6 is supported from 7.3 onwards.
