CJIF-No Details

Hi All,

RA Config has been completed. A project was created and some cost & revenue postings also done. When KKA2 was run, its giving all the cost and revenue details. When I run the CJIF report no details are appearing. What could be the reason?.

Hello PS Team,

I found the main reason how to get values in CJIF transaction.

We need to select generate line in OKG2 transaction against controlling area & RA version. Then run KKA2.

Then we will get value in CJIF transaction.

Hi All,

I am able to get the data in CJIF report.

1. Check all the parameters are correct in OKG transactions.

2. Create a project with appropriate RAKey assigned to WBS.

3. Create a Sales Order with the created WBS as account assignment.

4. Generate billing document (VF01).

5. Run KKA2 transaction and save.

6. Go to CJIF and execute....it works.

Earlier I tried only by creating a Sales Order and I didn't go upto Billing document.

    

Hope this gives some insight to all.

Hi Mohan,

First possibility - Did you save the RA results after running KKA2?

Second - In CJIF check the posting date you input. Do not maintain any date and then run CJIF. If you have saved the RA results you should get values in the report.

Hello Srihari,

I feel we need to maintain some settings in SPRO to get output in CJIF.

I am getting output with out any data.

But data is there when i see in CJI3 ( RA data).

Please help.

HI MM,

Yes you need to do some IMG config settings for CJIF, please take help of CO consultant and do the following step by step process:

1.OKG1

2 OKG2

3.OKG9

4.OKGC & OKGD

5.OKGB

6.OKG5

7.OKG4

8.OKG6

after the above config settings, u first run KKA2 & then CJIF.
