Hi,
Please help me find the place where the language parameter is configured in Log on link (url) given in the approval email?
I checked the report RSWUWFMLEC and find that the report is setting the language parameter in the URL.
The settings in SPRO for Maintain Portal Information is null.
Kindly help me with adding the language parameter to the url link.
Hi,
You wrote that you are using the RSWUWFMLEC report for sending mails. It is the report of the SRM 4. You also wrote that you checked the portal settings in SPRO, portal is only available for SRM 6 and above. If you are using SRM 6 and above, you need to use the /SAPSRM/OFFLINEAPPROVALSEND report.
Please check the following documentation:
http://wiki.sdn.sap.com/wiki/x/LgAoCw
The badi BBP_OFFLINE_APP_BADI is available to extend the functionality of the report.
Please check these settings. I hope this will help You!

Hi Gergely,
Thank you for your reply, We are using SRM 7.0 with application controlled workflow.
The logon link shown in the approval email does not have the Language parameter set. The The badi BBP_OFFLINE_APP_BADI is not implemented.
I have checked the settings given in the link mentioned http://wiki.sdn.sap.com/wiki/x/LgAoCw all those indicate that the language is set as English.
But the URL does not have the Language parameter at all.
Hi Gergely,,
The link in the approval email looks like
I'm not very sure if this page shows a logon page.
The above link loads in german language and not in english.
If the same user tries to open the SRM portal link that loads in English.
SU01 language is set to english and BP for this user is also set to English.
Hence I'm unable to understand the cause of this issue.
