APO Forecast Consumption is missing

Hi Gurus

My scenario is as follows:

1. Sales order has been created in ECC, it consumes forecast in ECC and also in APO.

2. Sales order is shipped

3. The shipment is reversed (tcode VL09)

4. The consumption is recalculated in ECC

5. The consumption is not recalculated in APO

So now we have a slaes order in APO that does not consume anything.  Any hints as to why this happens?
