HI SAP Gurus,
at a client we have a case where orders are commonly more than a single FTL, so we’d like to be able to do the following (this example is not specific, we could have lots of other variations along the same lines):
ERP | TM | |||
Sales Order 1 | / | FU1.1 | \ | FO1 |
FU1.2 | / | |||
\ | FU1.3 | \ | FO2 | |
Sales Order 1 | / | FU2.1 | / | |
FU2.2 | \ | FO3 | ||
\ | FU2.3 | / |
Which seems pretty standard a requirement, right?
The problem is help.sap.com says in black and white this is not possible:
"The FO contains all freight units (FUs) from each related DTR (that is, the FO, and therefore the ERP shipment, must contain complete deliveries). This is because we do not perform a subsequent delivery split in SAP ERP."
And here’s the link to the full article: http://help.sap.com/saphelp_tm81/helpdata/en/bf/7d10296a854899b545daf4d21d3a5d/frameset.htm
Any idea on how to do this? We can’t be the first to do this, right?
I trhink this is driven by the complete delivery indicator in the sales order. If set, there should be only one delivery document which does not fit to have mutliple FORs. So basically you have to remove the complete delivbery indicator(or delivery group respectively) to allow the splitting.
