Unable to import SWCV from SLD in ESR

Hi Experts,

We are unable to import the SWCV created on the SLD  into the ESR. We are using a Central SLD.

PI version - SAP EHP 1 for SAP NetWeaver 7.1

Solution Manager (SLD system) version - SAP SOLUTION MANAGER 7.1

I am getting an error like:

  • Could not read list of software component versions from SLD (COULD_NOT_READ_SWCV)
  • HTTP response code: 403 (Forbidden)

The detailed stack trace:

SERIALIZED STACKTRACE:

  1. com.sap.lcr.api.cimclient.LcrException

at com.sap.lcr.api.sapmodel.JavaCIMObjectAccessor.enumerateInstances(JavaCIMObjectAccessor.java:224)

at com.sap.lcr.api.sapmodel.SAP_SoftwareComponentAccessor.enumerateInstances(SAP_SoftwareComponentAccessor.java:201)

at com.sap.lcr.api.sapmodel.SAP_SoftwareComponentAccessor.enumerateSAP_SoftwareComponentInstances(SAP_SoftwareComponentAccessor.java:234)

at com.sap.aii.ibrep.server.sldaccess.interfaces.RepSldAccessServiceImpl.getSwcvLinks(RepSldAccessServiceImpl.java:40)

... 38 more

We have tried the following things so far:

  • Reset the passwords of PIREPUSER, PIDIRUSER, PIISUSER, PIAFUSER, PIRWBUSER and PIAPPLUSER. Given the same passwords in both SLD system and PI system.
  • Made sure that the username and passwords for the above users are same in exchange profile as well.
  • Made sure that the above users have the correct roles.
  • Ran SLDAPICUST transaction and gives success message.
  • Ran SLDCHECK transaction and this also gives success message.
  • checked SLD connectivity from Java stack using JCo ping and that also gave success message.
  • Even re run the configuration tasks on NWA for Netweaver Initial Setup and Initial Configuration for SLD.

Could anyone suggest or guide us regarding this, please?

Thanks & Regards,

Sudheer

Sudhir,

Please check the SM59 destination LCRSAPRFC*. It should point to the PI system and not central SLD. PI uses LCRSAPRFC to read information from exchange profile. Please check LCRSAPRFC and fix it to point to PI system.

check the users SLD_DS_SID and SLD_CL_SID in the SLD destination to the SOLMAN . the SID is the remote SLD not the local system.
