Email to Buyer, when SC status is In Purchaser's Worklist

Hi Experts,

There is a customer requirement that email notification should be sent to Buyers / members of Purchasing Group, whenever a shopping cart is fully approved and status is 'In Purchaser's Worklist'.

Please advise if this is available in SAP standard system.

Hi Bijaya,

Using the "standard notifications"(Path is SPRO-->SAP Supplier Relationship Management-->Cross-Application Basic Settings-->Business Workflow-->Define Recipient of Notifications) for the shopping cart approvals,the email will be sent to the Buyer only if it is a team shopping cart.

If you are not using team shopping,then you will need to build a custom report which will send the email to the respective Buyers when a cart is approved.
