Hello Venkat.
First of all I should point out that it's not a SAPGUI issue,since the system is still able to
comunicate to the GUI to display the message in the first place.
Secondly, you are using an unsupported gui, only 7.20 and 7.30 is now supported.
The issue can only be solved by your network team - this is a physical network issue.
The network team can investigate the issue using the niping tool described in note below:

but let me tell you, I am a SAP SD Practioner on Ides system. so you can imagine, I dont have any other support from networking or basis team members. this has to be sorted by me alone. So is there any other way ?
If any one can throw some light on it, probably I would solve it.
