Measuring document to Preventive maint plan

Hi,Friends

i have a requirement that how to assign measuring documents to the preventive Maintenance plans

i will do Preventive maint plan on Functional location wise.

how to do this Please give me ligtht up in this case

Hi,

You need to assign a counter to the functional location. You can do this from IL01/IL02, there is a option 'Measuring points/Counters' available twoards the top of the screen. Alternatively create this directly in transaction IK01.

A maintenance plan is then created for the functional location. The maintenance cycle unit should match that used in the counter (this might be days, months, operating hours, etc).

The measurement documents are created for the counter using transaction IK11. When the plan is scheduled (IP30) these latest counter readings are used to determine if a plan should generate a call.
