ABAP <-> XSD conversion

Hello experts,

could anyone point me to a document showing the complete list, how abap and xsd types are converted into each other?

I found this in sap help http://help.sap.com/saphelp_erp60_sp/helpdata/en/ef/d94b78ebf811d295b100a0c94260a5/frameset.htm, but

it doesn't seem to be complete. How for example are xsd:anyTypes handeld on abap side...
