Delivery quantity is greater than target quantity 5 IT-VL02N

Hi,

My delivery qty is 5 ITS. However while making transfer order from within delivery, the Transfer order is being made automatcially for 5,004 ITS and so the pick qty is 5,004 ITs. Due to the difference in delivery qty and pick qty, Overall WM status is still open. (B)

When I use LT0G, and give the delivery and warehouse no and movement type 999, the system does not allow the transaction and gives a message that, Delivery quantity is greater than target quantity 5 IT

How to correct the above situation so that the TO does not pick up the qty greater than the delivery qty or what other alternatives are there.

It looks this issue is due to the difference in base UOM and sale UOM. You may check the following OSS notes and find which one helps your scenario. Note that each note contains additional notes in it, which may of use.

1) 1621474  - Error VL632 "Picked Quantity is larger than the quantity" received creating Transfer Order

2) Note 513284 - Rounding quantity problem with TO creation

3) Note 200714 - Rounding when picking: insoluble problem?!

did you try to turn ON the "Overdeliveries" checkbox in your movement type?
