Hi Guys,
If anyone had the following error, please let us know if you were able to solve it.
We have a table created in Streamwork and is being modified by 2 or 3 users. Some users are having an Internet Explorer error when they want to export the table.
The error they have is: Internet Explorer is not able to open Internet site. Site is not available. Try again later.
I'm attaching the screenshot, but it is in spanish
Hello Nicolas,
Apologies for the inconvienience caused.
We were able to reproduce the same issue in our streamwork system also.
Hence we have addressed the same to our development team and they are looking in to it.
We will contact you once again when we receive any update/solution of this issue from them.
Many Thanks!
Regards,
Smitha HS

Hello Smitha,
Thanks for your reply.
I have an update on this topic. It seems that this is solved if you upgrade to Internet Explorer 9.
Right now we are having another issue. We are able to open the table in .csv format on excel, but the table is not reflected correctly. It seems that something fails during the conversion.
Many columns are getting truncated and appear in the next row. Any idea why is this? Is there any restriction on the text that can be entered in a table in order to be able to export it correctly?
Thanks and Regards,
Nicolas
Hello Nicolas,
Also I would like to provide one more workaround if you are using IE8 while Exporting the Table from Streamwork activity.
1. Click on "Export" option.
2. Click on "Open" option from the pop window.
3. Copy the content using "ctrl+A" and "ctrl+C" to Notepad.
4. Save the file in .csv format and open it in XL file.
Please let us know if you have any issues in following these steps.
Many Thanks!
Regards,
Smitha HS
