What are the file size limits for Streamwork

I have some multi-media content that I want to post but keep getting an error when I attempt to upload a 2.4GB file. What is the single file max size and what it the overall limit for a given topic?

Hello Michael,

I’m not aware of any maximumfile size restriction within StreamWork or of any file type restrictions.

You can upload any file type to an activity, but only the following file types can be rendered by ScribD the previewing service:

MS office docs (docx, xlsx, pptx and older versions), pdf, jpg, png, bmp. Lately we also added CR and WebI reports.

I do believe there may be a limitation if the document is processed for an iPaper view using the
scribd extension but have not encountered any problems.

The mazimum storage per user is:

Free/basic account: 250 MBS

Professional: 5 GB

Enterprise: 10 GB

Can you tell me what Browser and version you are using?

The following browsers are officially supported by SAP StreamWork:

Internet Explorer 8.x on Windows

Internet Explorer 9.x on Windows

Firefox 4, 5 and all subsequent rapid release versions based on Firefox 5.

Thanks -- belatedly. I ended up hitting limits all across SAP, including SAP Media Share. In the end, I had to opt for a Vimeo account. I'll still use StreamWork as our team's primary collab site but for large video files, I have no choice.
