Convince for PI 7.3 Upgrade

Recently my Manager came to me and asked "If I upgrade PI 7.1 ehp1  to PI 7.3 ehp1 what Value it will add to business". When I looked PI landscape I didnt find a convincing reason to suggest for upgrade.

All the scenarios are straight forward. No ccBPM, No custom Module. AAE used. We don't have any issues with PI 7.11

No Idoc, HTTP scenario. 

I don't see Payload based Search functionality is reason for upgrade.

Above that Basis team is uncomfortable with Java only installtion (Maintainence and Support issue).

I am struglling to give concrete reason to PI 7.3 ehp1 upgrade from PI 7.11 . Any Suggestions ?
