Not able to create TO in background for a material in LT03 against delivery.

Hi,

We have a delivery with Multiple Lines and we are tring to create TO in background. But one of the material is not allowing to create Transfer order in Background.

We verified Materail Master and Config and looking good. We need your help to solve the issue. Please find the Master data and config details for your reference.

Stock Deatils

Warehouse No.   409

Storage Type    FPG

Storage Bin     CA001A

Storage Section 001 Old warehouse

Picking Area    Z05 Finished Product

Stor. bin type  D1 Drive-In 3Hx2D

Interfaces:

Movement type also verified and found no issues.

Hence need your suggestion to solve the issue.

Hi All,

Thanks for your feed back. The issue was resolved please find the details.

THe WM strategies are correct and there is no issue in WM Side. The issue is due to batch master data. The classification details were not created / mainatined properly. Once we mainated the classificatin data it works fine.

Does all the items has same storage location in the delivery ?.Check the probmematic material in the delivery it could be different storage location .

Hi ,

If TO creation is happening for other materials , WMTA message type for auto TO creation for delivery is working correctly .

Check stock of material and its availiability in pick face ,run LT03 in foreground and analyse same.

Kindly provide screen shot of stock report , foreground run of LT03 for further analysis.

We have enough stock .   If we process LT03 and enter the bin / Su manually then it allow to create TO else it is not picking the stock automatically.

Hi ,

System is not finding  stock  relevant for picking , hence your background pick strategy is failing as in above screen shot.

Check for inventory active , block indicators for stock removal for storage bin , If bin is all clear  with relevant  picking strategy it should pick the stock.

Also try manually input storage bin and try to crosscheck any errors.

Stock and Bin is free for picking and there were no blocks found. Also if we enter the bin manually it creates TO

check stock removal strategy  for storage type , other material are picked from same storage type ? Also check if there is any batch in delivery , if so it should match with available in stock.
