How to insert a charge condition before Contract Start Date?

Former Member

Hello,

We have this issue and we except you can bring us the rigth solution for these cases:

We have a Contract that starts on 01.09.2012, so our “Contract Start date” is 01.09.2012, but the space is occupied since 01.03.2012.  So our “Possesion date from” is 01.03.2012.

In march and april this client has been working on the space, using electricity.  We want to assign a condition for that consumption, a maintenance charge.  But that condition should start on 01.03.2012.

RE said that the condition can’t start before 01.09.2012

Why is that? We are saying that the “possesion date” starts on 01.03.2012 and the “Cash Flow” starts on 01.03.2012, so we believe that this condition should be allowed.

Thanks in advance!!

Regards,

Maria Gabriela Ghinassi

Please note when you are using a condition that starts from posession start date, the calculation formula to be used is 'AX Fixed Amount - Possession Dates'

This will resolve your issue
