Update the Oracle Instant Client on Windows

Hello All,

I did tried to update Oracle client 10 to 11 by using note 998004, Any help to know where can find the version of Oracle Client on sap server?

Hi Ejersbo,

From SAP GUI, Login to SAP GUI >> System (In Menu) >> Status

Here you can check the Oracle Version

Below there is arrow mark. Click on it and you will get the Oracle Client version installed.

From OS Level, you can use TNSPING command to check the version.
