Display Budget Toleances in SAP PS

Hi guys I am trying to display the budget tolerance is PS.. want to check limit for purchase orders..

I was told that I could get it from SPRO>Material Management>etc...but I have no access as I get : You are not authorized to run transaction SM30.

Is there any other way I can do that?

Check CJ31 for your project --> enter --> Extras --> Availability Control --> Analysis --> Tolerance Limits

Hi ,

      You may also use program BPFCTRA0 to check tolerance limits.

Use t-code SE38 to execute that program.

Hi,

Please go to following path in Project system configuration

SPRO -> Project System -> Costs -> Budget -> Define Tolerance Limits

Check how much is the limit mentioned for Tr.Grp # 01 ( which is relevant for Purchase Order )
