One of my authors can't see preview simulation when start one in uPerform client.
But all is fine when launch this simulation on uPerform website.
Seems something wrong with Internet Explorer settings.
Any hints to resolve this? Reinstall browser or ActiveX settings .... ?
the user can get trace files via:
1. Launch uPerform client on an author's PC.
2. Click Tools > Options.
3. In the logging area, set the log level to debug, and the publishing
level to high.
4. Click OK.
5. Replicate the problem. ( This is Important)
6. Launch uPerform client and Click Help > About > Create File.
7. A zip file named SysInfo_2011xxxx.xxxxxxx.zip will be created on
the desktop.
see if any error message there.
