Hello.
I can't to found single CRM Web UI form for end-user for incident creation in new SAP SM 7.1 SP5. In is only 5-steep wizard. Maybe somebody have found this form. Or maybe somebody knows how to delete some of the steeps from this withard?
For solving this problem I've chenged standard CRM UI Form (component AIC_INCIDENT_H, page INCIDENTOV) I've leave on this form only appropriate for key user fields.
But this is not enough because:
- buttons like "Actions" and "More"
- after the saving document by user it should leave this document for it unlocking... it should by some kind of button "Save and send for proccessing"....
May be somebody knows, how to change behaviour of save button? Now after the saving incident still in edit mode, but I want that incident become in view mode after the save button pushing...
