GRC 10 error in creating organization (nwbc-->master data-->organization)

I am creating a organization (nwbc-->master data-->organization)  and maintain  all the tabs (general, users, owners  ect) when I am trying to save this i am getting following error , I tried all the options in SMP, SDN, all other places but no luck, could you please help me on this , My version is GRC 10, Patch 09

What has happened?

The URL call http://xxxxxxxx:8000/sap/bc/webdynpro/SAP/GRFN_ORGUNITwas terminated because of an error.

Hi Subrahmanyam,

It would be difficult to find something related to this error.

But when you are facing this error, the system must be generating a dump in the backend system.

Please check the same through st22 transaction and search with its key word or provide us with the details

of the dump.
