Job cancelled in SM37

Hello Everyone,

Below job is getting cancelled daily and PFB for the Job Log.

Hello Satish,

First of all I'd say you need to increase ztta/roll_extension (double it first) as well as rdisp/ROLL_MAXFS (see note 353579). Restart the system and check if it solves the issue.

If it doesn't solve the issue, for further analysis attach the SYSTEM_NO_ROLL dump and the corresponding workprocess trace here. Dump is available in ST22, the server and number of workprocess you can easily find if you go in SM37, double click on the job and there choose job details - here refer to 'Executing server' and 'WP number/PID' - login to the right server and attach the right trace.

Hi Satish,

Try using Tcode DB02 to analyze the memory usage & if there is a memory issue, then work accordingly.

You may seek some help in this regard with your DB/Basis consulant.

Hi Satish,

This is a memory leak issue.Check the memory of the system if there's enough. If you can schedule a system restart, do so.

Check also SAP Note:1359319.

You have memory overflow. Check relevant dump in ST22
