Splitting of merged records

Hello,

My Requirement:

Once i have merged, 10 Duplicate records based on a certain business rule.

So those 10 records, become one golden records. But later i need to retrieve one particular records from those 10 records.

1. Is it possible to retrieve those 10 records back after merging

2. Can we retrieve 1 single records from the merged records. (Split the records into 2 records)

If yes, how is it possible through Data Manager.

Or API coding would be required for splitting the records.

Second Question:

Can i have multiple Data Stewards in parallel for processing one record.

Example, one data entry operator feeds a request for creation of request, the workflow should reach 10 different stewards and any one can move it forward.

Hi Abhisheak,

I dont think it is possible to retrieve the records after merging them through Import manager.

One way to keep a track is to activate change tracking and retrieve the same from database

Regarding workflow if my understanding is correct, you want N number of users to receive a data entry request and any single member can process it and forward it to the next user, if yes then follow the below steps

In process step select the following entries

1. Assignee type as Roles

2.Assignee role - select the role.

3. Execution type - Any single
