unable login remote login in sm59

run test connection first. If this success then most probably this is authorization issue.

check user type( must be dialog)

check user authorization issue:

verify it with giving the target user full authorization to test it , revoke again if it its done.

what's happening here is.

when I enter to solman_setup it is going to browser.

after that some https errors are comming.

with my friend help I went to sicf. I solved that https errors.

after that it is not going to log on.

It is showing below error.

when I met this error usually the problem are incorrect host(windows/system32/drivers/etc/hosts, and inactive service (SICF). Sometimes it is your proxy setting.

1. check hosts file contain the correct entries for your hostname.fulldomain

2. check SICF

1514652 - Some ICF Services are not activated - Solution Manager

1294313 - Corrections: Configuratn Guide for SAP Solution Manager 7.0

3. if you are using proxy in browser check if you bypass this address from proxy.

4. check icm full hostname in your SAP profile parameter (RZ10)

This issue solved form my friend. Thank you for giving suggestions

I am able to solman_setup but it not going any farther step.

when solman_setup is going to browser hyperlinks are not working.

It is showing continuously processing.

Is there any specific reason for that.

and steps Image not displaying at the top.

This iss due to IE problem . Please try to update the IE or change the necessary settings.

Hi Rajesh,

are you still facing the issue of spinning wheel. Check your IE version and zoom level set. If is it not equal to 100% then usually this issue occurs.You can check note 1496565 for more information
