Charm Gurus - your response is appreciated. Below Q's are with respect to CHARM 7.1 (SP6).

  1. can we not have multiple transports created for a normal change ? - Yes we can. With the NC in "In Dev" mode, transports/tasks can be created as required.
  2. can we implement status based import for test transports ?
  3. How do we implement status based import for production systems (steps) ?
  4. How do we add new fields for a CR (web UI) and make it reportable (steps) ?
  5. How do we create or define new approval procedure and how does it work ?

thanks,

sid

Hi Sid,

For customising CRM web ui, you need to use AET (Application Enhancement Tool) and EEWB

please check out

And for custom approval procedure refer the charm upgrade guide https://websmp203.sap-ag.de/~form/sapnet?_OBJECT=011000358700001056012011E&_SCENARIO=011000358700...

and also check the sap note Note 1608118 - ChaRM scenario: Approve without CRM approval procedure

Thanks
