Hi,
In our scenario we intend to set always and on all activities constraints manually. The constraint types will be always “must start on” and “must finish on”.
Is there an option to default the constraint type? This would save our users some time.
Of course we could enter the proper constraint types in our templates. But from time-to-time (internal) activities are created manually from scratch. Here we would like the constraint type to be defaulted.
Txs for your help in advance,
G.
Hi GM,
You have one more option also like hide the fields what is not required to displayed to the users.
Go to OPUC and you can find relevant fields of
Constraint on Start-
Constraint on Finish -
Early/Late-
Keep only one element which one you want to use open, remaining you hide.
Hope this helps....

You can use substitution to achieve this.
Try this:
Prerequisite: If 'Fin. constriant' = ' ', then populate ' Fin. Constraint' = 'Must Finish On'.

Hi,
I am not sure you can have such kind of functionality availability to set up in configuration to default.
Cheked "Specify Parameters for Network Scheduling - OPUS" but could not find.
You have to bring in manually whenever you required specific to NWA.
