Receiving alerts from Alert Monitor or Planning book throgh email at regular Intervals

Hi Experts,

We have requirement of getting our plannes know about the Stock fall below certain level alert for few of porduct-location combinations during SNP.

For the same purpose, we have configured the alert for Stock level below the safety stock level (DB alert).

We can see these alerts generated in planning book as well as alert monitor if condition of stock gets staisfied (like stock falls below safety stock level).

We however are unable to get the mail triggered for these alerts to the planners. We have done all the settings as per SAP but still not able to receive the alert mail.

We need the mail with the information of product, location, stock levels, date & time (the same way we see the alerts) for multiple planners. Can we maintain Distribution List for such mail trigger? How to execute these alerts at regular intervals?

Your inputs on this issue are highly appreciated.

We have done the settings as per the link you had provided but still not able to receive the alerts.

Is there any other setting which is pre-req for above one ?

Hello Jay,

May be it's because  some Gateway issue with SAP system to external mails.

Plz chek if that is in place.
