As I can gain version 4.0 server to 4.31???
No client, the server software.
The client and I have it.
If someone could help me I would be very grateful. It is an issue that is urgent.

Sorry, I'm not exactly sure what you are asking.

Do you want to upgrade to 4.31?

Please note that latest SPP release is 4.5 which is available on the service marketplace.

On the service marketplace it is located on the download page:

http://service.sap.com/swdc

Installations and Upgrades -> My Company's Application Components ->  My Company's Software -> SAP PRODUCTIVITY PAK BY ANCILE

If you are receiving an error, what error do you receive?

Have you checked the logs?
