I have a problem in Solution Manager 7.1 SP06

user SM_EFWK is stock the system

I attached screen shot

need your help

and i have a Dump "time out"

Category               ABAP Programming Error

Runtime Errors         TIME_OUT

ABAP Program           CL_E2EEFWK_LOGGING============CP

Application Component  SV-SMG-DIA

Hi Naor,

I may be give it a shot by checking the following below things.. you mite have checked already 🙂

1) SMGW connectivity to webadmin and SLDAPICUST RFCs..may be hung

2) SLG1 - if any BI related errors

3) RSRV tcode to check the infocube related errors..

I have tried to apply this note. It didn't help me much though. But you can try if it helps you.

I have already open and SAP ticket for it but have not heard from SAP for past 1 month now.

Still trying to fix.

I checked SMGW

and the user SM_EFWK work very hard for the same system

maybe it's the problem

Hi Naor

Did you find any solution for this issue? or any workaround.

Please share the same if you have any. Solution Manager system goes down due to so many parallel process running.

We are stuck with this issue for over 2 months now. Even SAP is has not replied anything relevant till now for this issue.

Just fyi:

We also had this issue today.

Thx to Naor.

The note 1793384 is the solution in our case.

And we already had SP8-6 - so the note should be implemented, but wasn't.

So try to implement this.

Although it looked like these notes had some effect, later on the problem returned. However we added some memory (from 12 to 16 GB), which seems to do the trick.

Hi,

we are facing the same problem, user SM_EFWK causes very high load in our Solution Manager 7.1 SPS6.

By now we have connected about 36 satellite systems for monitoring and our SolMan is already far from working properly.

Much worse, there are 50 more systems to connect in near future!

So far our SAP message did not lead to any solution, so we would appreciate any helpful suggestions you can give.

By the way, we have noticed all SAP notes and suggestions listed here so far, unfortunately without any improvement yet.

I hope their is some issue in 'EFWK RESOURCE MANAGER' report.

Kindly check the sap Note 1745716 - issue with EFWK RESOURCE MANAGER report scheduled twice
