Screen painter not working properly

Hi,

We are currently facing problems with screen layout for module pool programs.

Snapshot of error is attached (Error.jpg).

We've already tried to implement OSS Note 133903 but it didn't solve the problem.

We are currently using 701 and 720 versions of SAP GUI on different machines.

But we are facing problems on both the machines.

We use Microsoft UAG to connect to client's network.

However, the onsite team members are not facing the same issue and they do not use UAG to connect to client network.

What can be the probable reason for this issue?

What can be a possible solution?

The issue got resolved.

We use UAG to login to client's network.

On UAG server some files were missing.

We've installed those files and now the RFC call doesn't timeout.

hi Prashant,

Please put the entry of your server name and IP in the host file.

If the system installed on Window then put the below text in host file

Windows/System32/etc/drivers/host

Server Name     192.x.x.x

save and close the file.

may be you need to restart sap.

For sure, this is not a SAP GUI issue since it occurs in both 7.10 and 7.20 GUI.

issue is more likely to be gateway BC-CST-GW
