unable to start SCM livecache

the error is as follows when i try to start live cache thru LC10 :

The liveCache state is OFFLINE

ERROR : Restart not possible (please check KnlMsg)

ERROR : liveCache LC7 not started (see "D:\sapdb\data\wrk\LC7\lcinit.log").

Hello Kiran,

There is a problem with the liveCache disks.

This problem prevents that the liveCache can be started.

Please check the file KnlMsg for more details on error.

Check if the Livecache file stored as some permissions assigned.
