Issue with BOP run not considering PO memo

When BOP is run for sales orders PO memo is not considered for delivery.

When the same order is manually ATPed, it considers PO memo and confirms against the PO memo.

I have checked the BOP settings, sort profile and everything looks fine.

Here is the scenario:

PO memo is there which is in transit on 9/28

Another PO is coming in on 11/1

SO is confirmed by BOP on 11/2

SO is confirmed on 10/1 when manually ATPed

Any suggestions??

Is note 1675674 in your system? The note helped me in a similar case.
