Priority does not copy

Who knows how to fix problem:

In new SAP SM 7.1 SP5 priority does not copy from incident to follow-up documents?

I use my custom ZMIN - copy of standard SMIN.

Please check in SPRO -> SAP Solman -> capabilities -> App Inc Management -> Follow up document Creation -> Define copy control ,Specify mapping rules / Activate copy control

Hi, of course I've made  "Define copy control for basic transactions" and Specify mapping rules for Copy Control.

hi,

have you defined copying control under spro -> customer relation ship management -> basic settings -> copying control for basic transactons -> define copy control for basic transactions.

-> Check in step 7

copy control for prio is there, then choose it, try for general control as "Complete reference"  is that working??

if not the case you have to define your own logic using "BAdI: Enhancements for Copying Control" ( you can find it immediate next activity in spro) and create your own logic., select appropriate methods.

I havent tried this, pls check this.

Solved by myself. I use one of standard copying routine...
