Work Flow at the time of activity confirmation

Hi SAP Gurus,

My client requirement is at the time of activity confirmation a email should be trigger in the person's inbox, attched in the the activity.

Please help

Hi Neeraj,

               First of all, in t-code OPST under work flow parameters, both the check boxes of work flow for work & duration work flow must be selected in order to ensure the confirmation data to flow into work flow .

There is a complete document on configuring work flow in PS. You may download it from Google or you may also send me a test mail, I will forward that document to your mail-id.
