Manual Text gone when rule-base ATP check again

Dear Guru,

We enable the rule-base ATP check, first time rule-base ATP check (consolidate location rule), we maintain a manual text on the main item (TAPA) and sub item on sales order

1. First time rule-base ATP check, we got sales order as below

    item number     item category   manual text maintained?    plant

     10                   TAPA                    Y                               Plant 1

     20                   TAN                      Y                               Plant 1    (plant 1 is the cosolidate location plant, item 20 created on plant 1, but there is an STR mvoe stock from plant 2 to plant1)

2. 2nd time rule-base ATP check again by Back order processing or manual trigger item availability check, even plant don't change, all manual text I maintained on item 10 and 20 all gone..

Can anyone know this issue? if we want to keep the manual text, what we can do?

This helps in resolving your issue.
