GRC Process Control Issue can be forward to any person in the system

   Hello,

we have the problem that a control tester can forward a issue not only to a other control tester or an Issue Manager, but also to any person in this system.

The Second Level Authorisation is enabled. Give it any posibility to limit the group of persons, which will displayed when to control tester forwarding an issue.

This is the design of Process Control.  While other workflow recipients are determined by role, issue ownership is "ticket-based," meaning anybody who is a user in the system can be assigned an issue.  The initial assignment of the issue is defaulted to a specific role owner, but it can be overridden to assign anybody and it can be forwarded to anybody.  Customers want this, because of the need for flexibility in assigning the issue to the most appropriate individual who can resolve the issue.
