Sales order details

Hi,

I need details of all sales order created during fiscal year like -

Order number, order type, order status, order day, customer no., customer name, customer country, Customer Order Subtotal, Customer Order Shipping, Customer Order Total Tax, and Brand with a summary count, ship to country currnecy.

From where I can get these details.

Please avoid posting such query.  You should be aware, if you press F1 and Technical information, agaisnt any field, system will show the related table and field name.  With this, you can develop the required report.  Check in VBAK and VBAP

I am an FI consultant & as there were some urgent requirement which involved some GL also, so I posted this query.

Hi Amit,

Order number, order type,order day, customer no = Check in VBAK table

customer name, customer country = with the help of KUNNR from VBAK find these in KNA1

Order status = For this see VBUK & VBUP tables

Customer Order Subtotal,Customer Order Total Tax = This can be found in VBAP if Subtotal is maintained in Pricing Procedure.

Customer Order Shipping = plz clarify exactly what do you mean?

Brand with a summary count = Plz clarify what is mapped as Brand in your system

ship to country currnecy = Check VBPA as Partner function SH will be ship to party from that find the Country in KNA1.

Hi,

This information is avaiable in :

Order info : VBAK / VBAP

Shipping Info : LIKPS / LIPS

Pricing Info : KONV  (You need to search this with condition record number from vbak table)
