How to create Project Cycle? in Change Request Management?

Hi All,

I'm configuring "Change Request Management". In that when i try to create project cycle using the transaction "/TMWFLOW/CMSCONF", but i can't find out any list of projects in that(Even though i created a maintanance project using the transaction "solar_project_admin"). Please help me to resolve this problem.

Hello Sriram,

In spro check the following:

- Activate Integration with Change Request Management

1. Activate Change Request Management and Set-Up Client-->Execute

2. Integration Solution Manager->Execute

Check that you have this entry:

S Change Request Management NONE

3.Integration Change Request Management

CHARM W NONE CUST620 1.0

CHARM_DEST W NONE CUST620 1.0

OSS_MSG W NONE CUST620 1.0

After in solar_project_admin activate the change request escenario and check SLG1 to see all is correct.

I suppose the other Change Request Management configuration is already done.

Hi,

Have you checked if the SMSY part where the systems have been defined correctly ? if there setup is SLD or LIS earlier ?
