PPM and cProject objects in SAP Easy access menu

Hi Experts,

The requirement is to have the PPM objects (Portfolia Buckets ,Items and structures ) and cProjects objects (Projects , Tasks etc) in the form of URL's in the SAP Easy access screen such that the user can log in to SAP and can use the respective objects by clicking them.

The current practice is the user are individually given the URL for accessing these ..

How do i acheive this...appreciate the experts insights on this....

Please assign role: SAP_BPR_PPM

This includes the user menu for SAP PPM.

Hi Guys,

Thanks a lot for your responses..

After doing all sort iterations i am now able to see the cProjects in the easy access menu ..

however,i am only able to see the 1)Master data 2)Versions 3) Evaluations 4)Tools menu.

Surprisingly i could not find How to create a Project definition ,Creation of Phases ,Building the project structure ..etc in the access menu..

How can i acheive this or how can i create them without being visisble in the Easy access menu...

We are  accessing the cProjects using LAN and not  a portal bases access as of now...

Hi,

I am not sure, what you need exactly. If you just want menu in SAP GUI, its simple when you call for user menu. Goto Menu -> User menu.

You will get all object in user menu, where you can simply click and open.

I hope this will solve your problem. Please give your feedback on this.
