Charm video guides normal and urgent corrections

Hello, some days ago I saw a post in these forums with two links of videos about the whole process of a Change Request in Solution Manager for Normal and Urgent corrections, this process was for Solution Manager 7.0 EHP1 and it was in the GUI not in the Change Management Center like is now in the Support Portal Media Library. Those videos were very helpful but I havent been able to find those links again, if anyone could link them again or the post in the forum where they are, I will aprecciate it

Hi Paul,

You can find very nice sim files in the link http://service.sap.com/rkt-solman

THere you can check for Solman 7.1 and you will get the sim files..
