Hello Anoop,

This message indicates that you are trying to send a contact person to ERP but either this partner does not exist or you have no config in your partner procedure in R/3 for function Contact person.

Please check in the customizing path in IMG
=> CRM
=> Basic Function
  => Partner Processing
   => Data Transfer
    => Distribution of Partner Functions from CRM into R/3

You can define the partner functions which should be exchanged.
Please see that the partner function AP - Contact person is defined
here. If this should not be exchanged you can remove it here.

If the partner should be transferred then we need to check the partner tables for consistancy.

Check in the R/3 system that the partners exist in the table CRMKUNNR, which is used to
convert the partner GUID´s into the R/3 customer numbers.

The contents of the R/3 table CRMKUNNR should be identical to those of the CRM table CRMM_BUT_CUSTNO. If you find that the entries in these tables do not match then
you could clear the table CRMKUNNR and populate it again from the
CRM side (table CRMM_BUT_CUSTNO) by running the report from note 414899.
After the tables have been realigned, you may try to trigger the upload
once again. - just do a dummy change to the order in CRM.

I hope this helps.

Kind regards,

Vanessa.

Hi all,

Ususally this error occurs due to some data involved in the order and since CRM is not able to transfer such data to ECC it results in this error.You can go to the order and see if there are any specific errors related and from there you can figure out which data is causing the problem.

You can also check if the related Bdocs /queues resulted in error. Also check if there is any short dumps for that order in both systems.

Once data is corrected you can try replicating the order again.

Thanks,

Sanila
