Hello Ganesh,

You can do it via Realignment fuction.

  • Under “Choose Application” press radio button “Realignment”.
  • Give “Planning Object Structure”, e.g. A_DP
  • Press “Create/Change Table”.
  • Confirm that you want to create the table.
  • Confirm that you want to restrict characteristic combinations.
  • Choose Charactericts you want to create. eg: 9AMATNR/9ALOCNO ETC
  • Press “Maintain Entries”.
  • Choose “Create Step” from toolbar.
  • Under “Realignment Steps : Settings” give “Step Status” blank, “Validity date” today, do not flag “Delete Source”.
  • Under “Settings valid for Multiple Planning Areas” give “Copy Factor” 100 and “Copy Logic” M.
  • Under “Realignment Steps : Details” give Brand From GIVE ( existing one) To Give ( New one )
  • Press “Save”.
  • à Checks (1)
  • Go “Back” (F3).
  • Check that the “All key figures” radio button is pressed.
  • Press “Execute” (F8).

Hope It helps.
