Hi,

This System is NWCE system I getting following error when running a job through Central DBACOCKPIT.

The RFC connection to system is working, Database connection is working from DBACOCKPIT, but can't find whats the problem.

Hi Aflah,

It seems the issue related with OS environment in target system (OS user for the Central DBACOCKPIT in target system).Perhaps you could give some answers regarding these few questions, so I can figure out further more.

- Based on Note 1025707 - DBA Cockpit: Planning calendar and remote Oracle databases, which option you used to make the connection from Central DBA Cockpit to this NWCE System?

- Did you have implemented the script from Note 706927 - Oracle DB-Mon: Installation script for ST04N/DBA Cockpit?

Hi Aflah,

Are you able to execute "brarchive" manually, at the remote side?

Additionally, be sure the database is not in the backup mode;

SQL> alter database end backup;

SQL> shutdown

SQL> startup

I tried to end the backup using alter database end backup I received the error.

SQL> alter database open;

Database altered.

SQL> alter database end backup;

alter database end backup

*

ERROR at line 1:

ORA-01142: cannot end online backup - none of the files are in backup

There are none of the files in backup.

Yes, I am available to use BRARCHIVE manually but I received the error but archive backup was sucessfull see logs below:
