CRM Sales Mobile App on iOS6

Is CRM Sales mobile app 2.0.2 supoprted for iOS6? Just want to find out before we start upgrading our devices.

Hello Deepak,

We are testing the application on iOS 6 iPhone.

The application seems stable. But we encountered a problem with default maps application.

Whe we touch an address, instead of open it in iOS maps application, the address is opened in Safari Google Maps.  Embedded  maps functionality works properly.

Now, we waiting the release 2.0.3 to check if this bug is fixed.

Thanks David. We have started the testing and only found the same map issue. Other functionlities look stable.

Hello experts,

Hello to all,

currently we are using the SAP CRM Sales Mob App 2.0.3 on an iPad 2nd gen. with iOS 6.0.

During the subscription of the app i try to select the german language, but the app unexpectedly closes. Even If I choose another language from the dropdown menu, the selected language is one of the others in the menu.

Any ideas?

Hi, loannis.

I have the same problem, but with the Portuguese language.

I can`t resolve my problem yet, I already delete the App and installed again but it wasn´t work.

When I can find the solution, I post here.

Dear customer,

This is a known issue on iOS 6.0, development team is working on it.

A new release will be published in the coming weeks to address it.

The new release will be published into App Store, it will be ready in

the coming weeks. This depends on validation and Apple's review.

Hi Eder,

here is the workaround: please downgrade your iPad/iPhone to iOS version 5. With this version, the app works perfectly.
