Excise tab not appearing migo

Hi experts,

I am taking migo for asset po with exciseable tax code,Tax condition maintained in fv11 & chapter id also maintained for vendor in J1id .We use only text for asset po So please suggest why excise tab is not coming in migo transaction after document check?

What is the movement type with which you are doing MIGO?

Is the movement type made relevant for RG23C in J_1IMVMT table?

Check excise plant setting..menu path -IMG > LOGISTIC GENERAL > TAX ON GOODS MOVEMENT > INDIA > BASIC SETTINGS > MAINTAIN PLANT SETTINGS

The only reason for this is for asset there is no chapter ID maintained in J1ID in material chapter ID combination. In J1ID, maintain material number as blank, keep any asset chapter ID and material type as Asset/Capital goods. Try it, it should work.

I checked same scenario it is working ok, can you please check CIN setting for plant used in your PO?
